Perfectly Simple Overnight Oats

Looking for a simple but delicious breakfast that will take you only minutes to prep the night before so all you have to do is enjoy the morning of? Keep reading…


  • 1/2 cup oats (I use gluten free Bob’s Red Mill Organic)
  • 1 tbsp chia seeds
  • 1 cup vanilla almond milk
  • Splash of vanilla extract for extra sweetness
  • Toppings: strawberries, blueberries, raspberries, banana, honey, peanut butter, cinnamon, chocolate chips… the list goes on! Follow your taste buds ☺️ unless I use frozen berries, I add toppings the morning of.


  • Add all ingredients to a glass jar or dish with a lid and mix well. Put in the fridge overnight. Add toppings in the morning and ENJOY. So simple.
