It started as a dream, turned into a plan, and quickly shifted into reality as we worked through each step to bring our vision to life.
As you can probably put two and two together, I have been a bit quiet on the blog as this vision evolved to reality. For the longest time, owning an online boutique has always been a dream, but it was’t until months ago that the plans started rolling. One afternoon, my husband and I decided to register the name and from there we just never stopped moving and worked through each of the many steps to bring it to life. Quickly we realized we wanted to launch with time before the holidays, which was scary, ambitious and exciting all at once (and the clock was ticking).
After years of sharing my outfit details online and working at a local boutique in college, the next step became clear when I needed a creative outlet, and this boutique was born. Every item is hand picked by myself (Monica) and my husband, Brandon (who gives a lot more input than one would think!). Our hope is to build confidence in the everyday person through affordable, versatile and simplistic styles. Confidence is in the mind, and through hand selecting pieces to fill our customers wardrobes, we will help to find the source and bring it back to life.
M + B Boutique was officially live on November 18, 2020. We cannot thank our friends and family enough for standing behind us. The excitement truly was more than we could have imagined, and we are so grateful for the community we found. Seeing our customers orders come in and hearing the joy they felt when they got their pieces and fell in love with the style, quality and fit, is exactly what is fueling us to keep going.
We hope to inspire confidence. We hope to give you the courage to be bold and brave. We hope to create an impact, and make you feel that it is entirely possible for you to make a big impact too. When you feel confident, you shine brighter, when you shine brighter, your reach is bigger and your impact is bolder.
